Working student/ intern in the Field of Innovation Management (m/f/d)

Tasks

As a student or intern in Innovation Management, you support the team in researching and evaluating new technologies and developments, particularly in artificial intelligence, cyber security, AI security, dual-use technologies and defense applications.

• Support trend and market analyses and assess technological developments and their potential impact on the automotive industry.
• Contribute to concepts and use cases for innovative technologies within Mercedes-Benz.
• Prepare complex technical information in an understandable way and create presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the establishment and maintenance of business connections with companies, start-ups and research facilities, and analyze potential cooperation opportunities.
• Participate actively in agile projects, contribute ideas and support the further development of innovative topics.

Qualifications

You study business informatics, computer science, IT security, cyber security, artificial intelligence, data science, software engineering, IT or technology communication, or a comparable engineering degree program with strong relevance to digitalization and new technologies.

• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Strong interest in and enthusiasm for future technologies, with the ability to explain technical innovations clearly.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, plus an independent, structured and proactive working style.
• Ideally, initial practical experience in consulting, project management or change management.
• Creativity, motivation, reliability and strong communication skills, with enjoyment of working in an international environment.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
