With a focus on developing proprietary, brand-specific and competitively differentiating functions, the company aims to bring software-driven innovations to customers efficiently. MB.OS, the company's own operating system, plays a key role in this development.

In MB.OS project management, cross-functional end-to-end control of all product scopes is handled, bundling electrical/electronic and software activities and implementing the central role of car software in the corporate strategy. Responsibilities include achieving targets for product maturity and quality, product contribution, schedules, costs, awarding, committee management and change management.

As a working student, you will support a highly motivated project team with varied and responsible tasks, including:

• Supporting the team with all relevant project management tasks
• Planning, steering and coordinating subprojects or work packages
• Independently moderating meetings with the necessary experts
• Tracking project KPIs and identifying deviations from targets at an early stage
• Preparing decision papers for project committees and management meetings in a target-group-oriented manner
• Supporting committee management

The position can start in September 2026.

Qualifications

• Studies in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, logistics, mathematics or a comparable program
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• High commitment and motivation
• Ability to work in a team
• Analytical and strategic way of working
• Good self-organization
• Confident use of MS Office
