Werkstudent*in Projektleitung & Data Analytics – Software Qualitätsmanagement Serie

Tasks

Mercedes-Benz AG is seeking a working student to support the Series Software Quality Control team. The role focuses on using data analytics to sustainably improve series quality for software functions in Mercedes-Benz passenger cars.

• Evaluate field data from workshops, customer studies and other KPIs for software functions such as driver assistance systems and telematics using various tools.
• Work closely with project management and data analysts to analyze customer problems using automation.
• Coordinate team development processes, including team retreats and collaboration workshops.
• Collaborate with interfaces in quality management and development.
• Support organizational and administrative tasks in daily operations, including project management, analysis, coordination and management of data analytics processes.
• Support the development, introduction and maintenance of new software for analyzing KPIs related to electrical and electronic systems.

Qualifications

• Studies in industrial engineering, business administration, electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable degree program.
• Interest in software innovations.
• Confident use of MS Office, especially very good PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Experience and interest in data analytics and engineering.
• Initial experience with Power BI, Azure, Databricks or Python is desirable.
• Independent, reliable and conscientious working style with quick comprehension.
• Good teamwork and communication skills and a high level of commitment.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model.
