Job description
The intern will join the Wealth Management division, specifically the Key Clients Development team dedicated to developing HNWI and UHNWI clients.
- Support Wealth Managers in analysing, monitoring and identifying new business opportunities, including scouting for potential new clients and liquidity events.
- Help the team understand client and prospect needs to guide investment and wealth-management decisions.
- Support the team with the daily management of clients and prospects and the preparation of meetings.
- Prepare forms, documentation and PowerPoint presentations for client meetings.
- Verify compliance with internal policies.
- Perform operational monitoring of client relationships.
Profile
Postgraduate degree or equivalent, preferably in Economics, Finance or Management. Candidates should have 0–2 years of experience.
Required skills include precision, attention to detail, compliance orientation, teamwork, problem solving, effective priority and stress management, discretion and integrity. Knowledge of financial statements, valuation methods such as DCF and comparables, Excel, Power BI, Bloomberg, Reuters and financial databases is required. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, analytical and synthesis abilities, and clear presentation skills are expected. Fluent English and native Italian are required.
