NIKE, Inc. is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to join its retail team. You will support global innovation launches and seasonal brand campaigns while delivering strong seasonal storytelling through product innovation and styling.
Responsibilities
- Provide premium brand experiences through high-quality customer service.
- Lead, coach and motivate department employees while fostering a positive working environment.
- Manage daily department activities to achieve sales objectives, including digital services, visual merchandising and the sales floor.
- Identify and improve areas based on customer feedback.
- Act as a brand ambassador for NIKE initiatives and train your team.
- Ensure the store complies with NIKE standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with commercial partners in stores and at headquarters.
- Execute global innovation launches and seasonal brand campaigns.
- Manage daily in-store visual merchandising and styling.
- Work closely with commercial teams to deliver world-class visual merchandising and styling aligned with brand expectations.
- Achieve the highest level of visual merchandising and styling excellence throughout the year.
- Manage a visual merchandising and styling information and communication system.
Requirements
- Training in retail, visual merchandising and styling, and/or a degree in retail marketing, communication, art and design, fashion or styling.
- At least one year of retail experience with visual merchandising and styling talent.
- Fluent written and spoken French; English is an advantage.
- Strong interest in fashion and style, including digital and specialist media.
- Ability to create product executions based on innovation storytelling and key volume drivers.
- Ability to independently create and adapt strong zoning plans.
- Creativity and agility in a fast-changing environment.
- Product sales analysis skills.
- Passion for the brand and integrity.
- Understanding of retail and sales, with the ability to generate enthusiasm.
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
