NIKE is looking for a Visual Merchandising Retail Assistant (Athlete) FT40hours to join its retail team and provide world-class service to consumers.

What you bring

• Deliver day-to-day visual merchandising and styling inside the store.
• Collaborate with VMS Coaches and commercial teams to implement visual merchandising and styling in line with brand expectations.
• Deliver visual merchandising excellence on a 365-day basis.
• Tell consumer stories through creative and seamless styling.
• Use product knowledge and consumer service expertise to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
• Support store departments, including operating the cash register, managing goods, replenishing products, building visual displays and recommending products to reach sales targets.
• Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales and services.
• Inform consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Develop knowledge through training and company tools.

Qualifications

• Education in retail, visual merchandising, styling, retail marketing, communication, art and design, or fashion and styling.
• Retail experience with talent in visual merchandising and styling.
• Strong interest in fashion and styling.
• Creativity, agility and analytical product-sales capabilities.
• Strong communication, collaboration and customer-service skills.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
