Nike London Icon is looking for a full-time, 40-hour Visual Merchandiser (VMS Athlete) on a three-month fixed-term contract to provide world-class service to consumers.
Main responsibilities
- Support the Visual Presentation Manager in planning store spaces to a premium standard for each season.
- Execute seasonal transitions and campaigns flawlessly and to a high standard.
- Roll out programs and directives, including best-practice principles, and deliver training plans for store retail teams.
- Share store best-practice examples with the business and support seasonal reviews.
- Compare weekly figures to identify commercial changes.
- Conduct regular commercial and marketplace research.
- Analyse category figures and make commercial decisions based on findings.
- Partner with leadership teams to flag potential assortment gaps and shortages.

Qualifications
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable visual merchandising experience is ideal.
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador and collaborative teammate.
- Ability to apply product sales techniques.
- Flexible availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Availability
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Fully flexible availability is required, including evenings and weekends. This is a three-month fixed-term contract.
