At Primark, we have a people-first culture where you can work with impact. As a Visual Merchandiser, you’ll be the creative ambassador for the visual merchandising of the store, delivering an inspiring visual proposition for the Primark brand to enhance the customer experience and maximise sales.
What you’ll do
- Work with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Manager to reflect the Primark customer through excellent product presentation, windows and mannequin styling.
- Review and adapt displays to ensure they are commercially successful and relevant to the local customer.
- Provide feedback regarding successful product lines and suggestions for refreshes and alternative products.
- Maintain all picture and poster POS in line with company guidelines and keep it up to date throughout the store.
- Develop strong relationships and collaborate with the store management team.
What you’ll bring
- Some previous retail experience and ideally some visual merchandising experience.
- An eye for detail, creative flair and an awareness of fashion trends and latest styles.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritise.
- A strong service focus with experience of delivering excellent customer service.
- Good problem-solving skills and an interest in developing commercial acumen.
Working pattern
Part-time, 20 contracted hours per week. Varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Early shift availability with 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM start times is required.
