What will I be doing?
As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. Here’s what this looks like in action:
- Providing customers with an amazing experience by helping with sizes or styles, purchases, and returns.
- Setting up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and the latest fashions, while keeping the stockroom tidy and well organized.
- Delivering a fast, friendly, efficient experience at till points and processing queries, voids, and returns.
- Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries, getting products onto the shop floor, and ensuring they are correctly priced and meet high standards.

Pay
The hourly rate for this role is $16.00. The pay rate offered for this role is based on the candidate’s geographic region of work.
Physical requirements
To perform the essential functions of this position, colleagues must be able to constantly stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift, on hard-surface floors, with or without reasonable accommodation. Colleagues must frequently bend, stoop, crouch, and reach at or above shoulder level. The role also requires frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally participating in team lifts for items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Colleagues must constantly perform tasks requiring manual dexterity, including handling and processing merchandise, operating cash registers or other point-of-sale systems, and using handheld devices. The position requires movement throughout the sales floor and stockroom, occasional use of stairs or ladders where applicable, and occasional work in varying temperatures, including outdoor areas or storage spaces where applicable.
Depending on assigned responsibilities, colleagues may receive training on the safe use of equipment such as balers, manual pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks, and may be required to operate such equipment when properly trained and authorized. In no circumstances are colleagues under 18 permitted to use balers, manual pallet jacks, or electric pallet jacks.
