VIE - Junior IT Proximity Support H/F

CACI (Credit Agricole Creditor Insurance) is the Credit Agricole Assurances Group subsidiary specialising in creditor protection insurance. CACI is a major player in France and Europe, with around 30 partners in six countries.

The successful candidate will join a positive and vibrant company with a skilled, passionate team of people in Dublin.

You will work primarily with:

• IT Proximity Team and Crédit Agricole IT service provider
• All CACI business departments
• External partners in Europe, third-party auditors and other IT service providers
• Project and IT teams in France for digital transformation initiatives
• CACI Milan on cross-regional projects as needed

Profile

We're seeking a motivated, organised individual who enjoys solving technical problems and supporting colleagues. The individual should be comfortable learning new systems, working as part of a team and managing competing priorities.

• Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
• Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
• Expertise in information systems, networking, cyber security or IT architecture is an advantage
• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data accurately
• Experience with IT ticketing systems or asset management tools and knowledge of ITIL frameworks is an asset
• Excellent working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office suite
• French and English language skills
