VIE IT Project Manager H/F

We are looking for a professional IT Project Manager to join our IT team and support the successful delivery of strategic projects in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, milestone tracking and governance activities.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports and follow-up actions.
• Gather, structure and document business requirements.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies and action plans.
• Coordinate activities between IT teams, business stakeholders and external partners.
• Support testing, change management and post-go-live activities.
• Contribute to ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to business expectations.

Training and Specialization

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management or a related field.
• Good understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall IT project management methodologies.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project or similar tools is a plus.
• Fluent English required; Italian is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Structured and proactive working approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Adaptability, ownership and problem-solving capabilities.
