This position is part of a Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) within CA Indosuez (Switzerland) SA in Geneva. The contract is governed by Business France and is subject to eligibility criteria, including being aged 18 to 28, being a national of an EU member country, and not having previously worked in Switzerland.
Within the Human Resources Department, the VIE HR Data & Process Analyst contributes to simplifying, optimizing, and automating HR work processes. The role supports HR Business Partnering, HR Middle Office, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Payroll teams, with the aim of improving operational organization and reducing manual and repetitive tasks.
The role involves identifying process optimization solutions and putting them into production through IT development and the use of AI solutions. The analyst will also perform administrative and operational tasks supporting day-to-day HR activities.
Main responsibilities
- Support HR teams in simplifying and optimizing work processes.
- Identify process improvements and implement them through IT developments, automation, and generative AI solutions.
- Support the transformation of the HR department by contributing to local and cross-functional projects involving the deployment of new HR tools.
- Participate in departmental initiatives and operations by carrying out administrative and operational HR tasks.
- Develop or improve monitoring reports and contribute to HR data analysis.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree at Master's level in Data Science, Data and AI, Data Analysis, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
- Zero to two years of experience; initial experience in process transformation and automation, preferably in HR, is an advantage.
- Rigor, analytical thinking, curiosity, and the ability to explain complex analyses clearly.
- Ability to challenge requirements and propose practical solutions.
- Excellent command of Python, Power BI, advanced Excel including macros and VBA, generative AI, and automation solutions.
- Fluency in French and English.
Teleworking is not authorized. The starting date is 01/01/2027 and the duration is 12 months. The position has no management responsibilities and is non-executive.
