Job description
We are looking at Sofinco Spain for a Data Governance & Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and contribute to the strengthening of our data governance framework and analytics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Data Governance
- Support the alignment of the local Data Governance Framework with the Group model and ECB BCBS 239 requirements.
- Collaborate with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Business and IT teams to implement governance processes.
- Maintain and enrich the Collibra catalog, including the Business Glossary, Technical Dictionary and Data Lineage.
- Coordinate governance workflows, approvals and data quality remediation actions.
- Drive engagement within the Data Governance community and promote best practices.
Business Intelligence & Analytics
- Support users and promote best practices across the BI & Analytics ecosystem.
- Manage the dashboard development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Develop and maintain automated reports and corporate dashboards.
- Anticipate business needs and propose innovative data visualization solutions.
Training and specialization
Engineering, scientific degree, or Master's degree with a strong interest in Data. Experience with SQL; knowledge of Python is a plus. Knowledge of Collibra, Informatica, Power BI, Qlik or Tableau would be an advantage. Fluent in English; Spanish is highly appreciated.
