The Mudum AI Program aims to transform AI from scattered initiatives into a structured enterprise capability, focused on strategy, governance, training, AI capabilities, and business use cases, aligned with the Crédit Agricole Assurances Group and geared toward efficiency, automation, and innovation.
As part of the Mudum AI Program, the AI Analyst will support the definition and implementation of the company’s artificial intelligence strategy, ensuring alignment with the Crédit Agricole Assurances Group’s guidelines and with Mudum’s transformation and efficiency goals. The role includes identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing use cases; building business cases; defining roadmaps; tracking AI initiatives; and monitoring benefits achieved.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and evolution of Mudum’s AI strategy.
- Identify opportunities for using AI across business and support areas.
- Prepare feasibility analyses, business cases, and benefit estimates.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the roadmap for AI initiatives.
- Support the implementation of governance, risk, and compliance mechanisms related to AI.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and data teams and external partners in designing and implementing solutions.
- Monitor market trends, Group initiatives, and technological developments in AI.
- Produce executive presentations, progress reports, and metrics on adoption and value generated.
- Contribute to AI-related training, communication, and change management initiatives.
- Support the identification and dissemination of best practices and success stories.
Profile
- Postgraduate degree, MA, MSc, PhD, Doctorate, or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models, and process automation.
- Knowledge of business analysis, process design, organizational transformation, data analysis, and performance metrics.
- Ability to develop business cases and conduct economic and financial analyses.
- Knowledge of AI governance, risk, and compliance frameworks is a plus.
- Knowledge of the insurance or financial sector is preferred.
- English and French required; Portuguese preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, collaboration tools, and Power BI. Knowledge of Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, SQL, Python, or data analysis tools is valued.
