Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Veeva Application Support Engineer to manage and support Veeva platform applications, including Quality, RIM, Clinical, and Vault, across global manufacturing sites and business units. The role focuses on system availability, regulatory compliance, user experience, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Veeva applications in a 24x5 follow-the-sun support model.
• Troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA timelines, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor system health, performance, availability, and data integrity.
• Administer Veeva Vault Quality, RIM/Regulatory, and Clinical/Safety modules, including access, security, workflows, lifecycle configurations, documents, and data governance.
• Configure and enhance workflows, forms, business rules, objects, metadata, reports, and dashboards.
• Support Veeva release management, sandbox validation, testing, and production promotion.
• Support integrations with SAP ERP, MES, LIMS platforms, and external regulatory systems, including APIs, data migrations, and interface monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, GMP, FDA regulations, 21 CFR Part 11, and Annex 11.
• Support computer system validation, audit readiness, inspections, audit trails, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly releases, regression testing, deployment planning, production rollouts, and CAB reviews.
• Collaborate with Global Quality, IT, Manufacturing, site SMEs, and external Veeva support teams.
• Drive requirements gathering, solution design, user training, knowledge transfer, process standardization, automation, and performance optimization.
• Maintain knowledge base articles, SOPs, user guides, and support documentation.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Veeva application support, administration, and configuration within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault and strong knowledge of workflows, lifecycles, objects, security, and configuration.
• Experience with cloud SaaS platforms, REST/SOAP API integrations, data migration, validation, reporting, dashboards, and ITSM tools.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical quality processes and regulated GxP environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The base compensation range is $68,911–$150,350 per year. Regular full-time employees may receive benefits including paid time off, holidays, medical, dental and vision coverage, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and employee assistance programs.
