Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior RPA & Hyperautomation Developer with strong expertise in UiPath, Intelligent Automation, AI/ML, and Generative AI technologies. The candidate will design, develop, and support enterprise automation solutions while driving innovation through AI-powered automation, document intelligence, and LLM-based use cases.
Key Responsibilities
RPA Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath.
- Develop attended and unattended bots using UiPath REFramework.
- Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
Hyperautomation and AI
- Identify automation opportunities using Process Mining, Task Mining, and AI-based assessments.
- Implement Intelligent Document Processing solutions.
- Develop automation workflows integrating AI and machine learning models.
- Create AI-assisted business process automations.
Generative AI and LLM Development
- Develop and implement RAG-based solutions.
- Build AI assistants and enterprise chatbots.
- Design prompt engineering frameworks.
- Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek, or similar models into automation workflows.
- Fine-tune open-source LLMs for domain-specific business use cases.
- Develop AI agents using modern orchestration frameworks.
Machine Learning
- Develop predictive and classification models using Python.
- Build data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines.
- Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify AI use cases.
Integration and Development
- Develop API integrations with enterprise applications.
- Integrate automation solutions with SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Oracle, and Microsoft platforms.
- Build automation dashboards and monitoring capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- A master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Document Understanding, and AI Center.
- Hands-on Python development experience for AI/ML solutions.
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, and vector databases.
- Good knowledge of SQL, APIs, JSON, XML, and enterprise application integrations.
- Microsoft Azure experience is desirable.
Additional Information
UK shift. Preferred certifications include UiPath Certified Professional Advanced Developer, UiPath AI Center Specialist, Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate, Microsoft Azure Data Scientist Associate, Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate, and relevant generative AI or LLM certifications.
