Vehicle Steering Engineer – Driving Precision, Efficiency, and Innovation

As a Vehicle Steering Engineer, you play a pivotal role at the heart of vehicle development—where precision meets strategy and innovation drives performance. You are the orchestrator behind seamless test vehicle operations, ensuring that every test request receives necessary test resources. By coordinating with diverse teams using intelligent tools, you guarantee that requirements are clear, aligned, and actionable, enabling efficient use of resources and accelerating development timelines.

Beyond daily operations, you are also shaping the future of vehicle testing through the definition and implementation of optimal maturity platform for key development phases. You leverage data-driven insights and robust documentation to continuously improve test vehicle utilization, reducing redundancy and enhancing efficiency. Your work not only supports current projects but also builds a foundation for smarter, more sustainable engineering practices.

Qualifications

Teamwork spirit with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a vehicle operation-related position; testing experience is beneficial.
Advanced MS Office skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word; Power BI or AI knowledge for office task automation is a plus.
Fluent English in oral and written communication, listening and reading is mandatory.
German language knowledge is an advantage.
Knowledge of the vehicle development process is an advantage.
Working experience in an international company is a plus.
