TEST MANAGER with German

Atos Group is looking for a Test Manager with German Language.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Test Management
• Test planning and coordination, including cycles, resources and environments
• Test governance, defect management and reporting
• Agile testing, including Scrum, CI integration and Definition of Test
• Stakeholder coordination across IT and business
• ISTQB-based testing methodologies
• Test management tools and automation frameworks
• Project management and ITIL experience
• Experience managing test teams
• Effective communication in German at C1 level and English at B2 level

Nice to have

• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certificate
• Experience with cloud solutions

Daily tasks

• Define test processes and test documentation with project partners
• Identify test objects
• Communicate with stakeholders on a daily basis
• Lead test teams and testing processes across organizations, including planning, coordination and execution
• Review and verify test resource planning
• Check detailed test schedules and align plans with the Project Manager
• Track preparation, execution status and test progress in JIRA
• Handle critical issues and evaluate risks
• Manage defects by balancing priority, criticality, resolution plans and workarounds
• Work with test and integration teams to establish test environments and generate test cases and test data
