Key Responsibilities
Design
- Critically analyze user stories and contribute to acceptance criteria using AI.
- Write test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain test plans in TestRail.
- Keep QA test environments up to date and operationally ready.
Execution
- Execute test campaigns for product validation.
- Automate NRT API and UI testing using AI.
- Keep documentation up to date.
Reporting
- Drive test campaigns using TestRail.
- Report issues found in Jira.
- Monitor quality indicators on Jira boards.
Participation
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including 3A, Planning, Daily, Review, and Retrospective.
- Respect deadlines and quality requirements for deliverables.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in QA testing.
- Experience across the software lifecycle, particularly gathering requirements, designing tests, and executing tests.
- Knowledge of at least one test management tool, such as QualityCenter, Xray, or TestRail, and a bug tracker such as Jira.
- Knowledge of databases including PostgreSQL or Oracle.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems.
- Knowledge of a CI tool such as Jenkins or GitLab.
- Advanced English, minimum B2, written and spoken.
- Practical experience using AI for user story improvements, test automation, CI/CD optimization, testing activities, and QA process improvements.
- Organizational skills, responsibility, teamwork, communication, autonomy, rigor, pragmatism, curiosity, and creativity.
