Test Manager

Your role

As a Test Manager, you will be engaged in projects for customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the sales department in pre-sales activities.
• Managing complete test projects and being responsible for the test organization.
• Creating and executing the master test plan.
• Recruiting, coaching, and assessing new team members during their career at Sogeti.
• Advising customers on test policy and executing test process improvements.
• Being a point of contact for colleagues in test management and developing and delivering training to colleagues and customers.

Your profile

Must have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• At least 7 years of experience in testing computer systems, improving test processes, and deploying test tools.
• Experience leading a test team as a Test Manager or Test Lead.
• Knowledge of the TMap Next test cycle and techniques.
• Fluency in Dutch or French, with a good knowledge of English.
