We are seeking a Test Engineer with expertise in testing lifecycle activities, automation frameworks, and testing tools. The role involves working in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments to drive quality in software development.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute test strategies, including creating and maintaining test scripts.
- Perform unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing.
- Execute automated and manual test cases, analyze results, and report defects.
- Develop, debug, and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium, Tosca, Playwright, and/or Appium.
- Conduct Product Risk Analysis and verify test results against acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review functional requirements and user stories.
- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and integrate them with test management tools.
- Participate in Scrum or DevOps teams and advise on testing best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software testing experience, with proficiency in test automation and tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, and Tosca.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks, TDD/BDD practices, and tools such as Reqnroll.
- ISTQB Foundation certification is mandatory.
- Advanced ISTQB or TMAP certifications are advantageous, and a PSM I or similar Agile certification is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, REST API testing, Postman, SoapUI, and JMeter is beneficial.
