Test Automation Engineer (Technology)

Your role

In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of automated testing frameworks, combining Robot Framework and Python with AI-assisted development tools to deliver effective quality assurance solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Robot Framework and Python across functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Write reusable Python scripts and custom Robot Framework libraries.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code, to accelerate test creation and improve test intelligence.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA engineers to create robust automated test cases.
• Integrate automated test pipelines into CI/CD workflows.
• Analyze test results, identify failure patterns, and support resolution.
• Research emerging tools, frameworks, and AI-driven testing methodologies.

Your profile

• Between 3 and 4 years of experience in test automation.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Robot Framework and Python, including custom library development.
• Interest or practical experience with AI-assisted development and testing tools such as Claude Code.
• Knowledge of software testing principles, test design, quality assurance, CI/CD, and Git.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous learning.
