This role is a hybrid opportunity, offering 1–2 days working from home.
What You’ll Do
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of Technology cost management processes and ways of working.
- Manage and maintain the Technology purchase order requisition process, including documentation, cost centres and project codes.
- Oversee cost tracking activities in SoftCo, including purchase order creation, accruals, ageing items and period-end processes.
- Work with teams to review reports, close fully utilised purchase orders and resolve invoicing issues.
- Act as a key stakeholder contact, coordinating communication, managing the cost management mailbox and collaborating with Finance and Procurement.
- Support vendor onboarding via Zip and training initiatives, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative, finance, procurement or vendor management roles.
- Strong analytical capabilities to identify trends, variances and issues in financial data.
- High accuracy and attention to detail, with confidence handling and analysing large datasets.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build stakeholder relationships and collaborate across teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, professional team-player approach.
- Advanced IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of ERP or financial systems such as Oracle or SoftCo is advantageous.
- Strong organisation, self-motivation and attention to detail, with a focus on process improvement, prioritisation and operational efficiency.
