As a Technology Consultant, you will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing system solutions, and supporting the implementation and optimization of technology platforms. You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs and contribute to operational excellence. This role focuses on SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Demand Planning capabilities, supporting application configuration, process improvement, system integration, and business transformation initiatives across adidas.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Solution Design: Analyze business processes, operational needs, and opportunities for improvement; collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and document business and system requirements; support solution design and implementation; facilitate requirements-gathering workshops; review, validate, and prioritize requirements; support user acceptance testing; and manage approved requirement changes.
- SAP IBP Configuration & Application Support: Configure and maintain SAP IBP planning solutions; support implementation, testing, and deployment of enhancements and releases; troubleshoot application issues; perform system testing, defect analysis, and validation; monitor application performance; execute maintenance and support activities; and document configurations, processes, issues, and outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Partner with business functions, collaborate with cross-functional teams across markets and regions, provide SAP IBP Supply Planning expertise, and support knowledge sharing and best practices.

Requisite Education and Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Information Technology or related areas.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Supply Planning solutions or a comparable planning environment.
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across functions, regions, and cultures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting global technology implementations.
- Knowledge of supply chain planning processes and best practices.
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- SAP IBP or SAP APO expertise.
- SAP IBP Configuration and Data Model design.
- SAP Cloud Platform Integration / CI-DS knowledge.
- Cross-functional understanding of SAP system integrations and data flows.
- Experience supporting planning applications in enterprise environments.
