Technical Lead, Platform & Full-Stack Engineering

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the architecture, development, and operation of next-generation AI-enabled platforms and enterprise applications. This role combines deep full-stack engineering expertise with platform leadership, AI agent strategy, cloud-native technologies, identity management, and secure application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship for full-stack development.
• Lead the strategy and implementation for AI Agent deployment, management, and scaling.
• Design and manage robust authentication (SSO, OAUTH) and centralized authorization, including Kong API Gateway.
• Oversee and enhance CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes orchestration for secure deployments.
• Drive workspace provisioning and integration of “fabric knowledge” leveraging Azure Entra.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in software development, with significant technical leadership experience.
• Proven full-stack expertise, including modern front-end technologies, Java, Python, Node.js, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Deep experience with SSO/OAUTH, centralized authorization, Kong API Gateway, and Azure Entra ID.
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and application/Kubernetes security.
• Demonstrated experience in AI Agent deployment and lifecycle management.
