Your tasks
As a Bachelor’s Thesis Student – User Feedback & Data Analytics (m/f/d/x), you will support the team in analyzing existing user research findings and evaluating user feedback.
- Process and analyze existing quantitative user data to identify relevant insights.
- Support the AI-assisted analysis of the data, likely using Visual Studio Code.
- Conduct statistical analyses and identify relevant patterns and correlations within the user data.
- Identify user needs, usage barriers, and potential areas for improvement based on the analysis results.
- Develop concrete recommendations for the user-centered further development.
- Present findings in a way that is tailored to the target audience.
Your profile
- Currently studying UX, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable degree program.
- Interested in quantitative research methods and statistical data analysis, with an ability to derive relevant insights from data.
- Enthusiastic about artificial intelligence and interested in its application in data analysis.
- Ideally, initial experience with Visual Studio Code or comparable data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent working style.
- Ability to prepare and present analysis results clearly for the target audience.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills.
