About the role
Atos is seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join the ITSM & ITAM Platform Engineering team. The role focuses on implementing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, driving business process automation, and delivering ITSM solutions.
The successful candidate will support development projects across requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation. Responsibilities include providing estimates, conducting code reviews, coaching and mentoring engineers, updating technical documentation, consulting with product owners, and participating in a scrum team using agile principles and Jira.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow configurations, including business rules, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs, Flow Designer, and application development
- Experience with integrations and API development using REST and JSON
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- Conceptual architecture knowledge
- Machine learning or generative AI knowledge is a plus
