Atos is seeking a Technical Consultant to work remotely from Mexico and help customers translate business and technical requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions. Fluent English is required.
Job Overview
The consultant will configure, develop, and implement platform capabilities while supporting the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions for clients across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with ServiceNow ITSM, ITIL, ITAM, IRM, ITOM/CMDB, and GRC.
- Support functional design workshops and contribute to design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Contribute to configuration, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Technical Architecture teams on client presentations, workshops, and technical discussions.
- Perform hands-on technical implementation using HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, Web Services, SOAP, Email, and MID Server integrations.
Required Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 18–36 months of hands-on ServiceNow design, development, and deployment experience, or more than three years of experience with similar ITSM tools.
- Experience solving business problems and working with IT Service Management processes, metrics, and key performance indicators.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, and ServiceNow integrations using web services, SOAP, email, MID, and plugins.
- Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, and related technical components.
- Ability to produce technical and customer-facing documentation.
Preferred Skills and Certification
- ITSM and CMDB experience.
- ITSM, CMDB, or CSA certification.
