Crédit Agricole CIB’s Information System & Risks IT (ISR) department provides the IT platform and operations needed to support the bank’s services, growth, and digital transformation. The department is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications and systems for the bank’s businesses in an international environment.

Your team

As Tech Lead RADaR, you will report to the CSI/RIT unit and be responsible for coordinating cross-functional topics.

Your responsibilities

Design and architecture

• Participate in designing application architectures and integrating solutions within the IT Risks ecosystem, ensuring performance and maintainability.
• Specify, analyze, and design IT solutions in response to business needs.
• Contribute to technical documentation, including internal architecture, flow mapping, infrastructure architecture, and closing processes.

Coordination and facilitation

• Coordinate the technical roadmap across project stakeholders, including ISAP, CAGIP, Support, and APM.
• Lead scoping, ideation, and technical design workshops.
• Facilitate project ceremonies such as daily meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Steering and planning

• Lead cross-functional RADaR topics, including data-management best practices and interconnections between IT components.
• Prepare estimates and contribute to technical roadmap planning.

Quality and continuous improvement

• Challenge proposed technical solutions and support project stakeholders in improving data presentation.
• Monitor anomaly-resolution cycles with business, IT Build, and Production Support teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of data environments and manage vulnerabilities and obsolescence topics.

Project context

The role is part of RADaR (Risk Analytics Data Reporting), a strategic initiative to deeply transform Crédit Agricole CIB’s credit-risk information system. The application’s main client is the Risk and Permanent Control Department in Paris and internationally. The transformation is based on a revised and enriched credit-data model, high-performance data-access tools, and centralized calculation capabilities for counterparty-risk processing.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree or equivalent, preferably from an engineering school or university, specializing in information systems.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role and international, English-speaking environment.
• Strong knowledge of distributed architectures, microservices, APIs, messaging, and integration standards.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps tools and concepts, including CI/CD, Git, automation pipelines, build tools, Java, Python, and Control-M.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure such as Azure, AWS, or GCP and containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL and Microsoft BI tools.
• Strong software-architecture skills and expertise in data challenges across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to business and non-technical stakeholders.
• Rigor, organizational skills, decision-making ability, initiative, analytical skills, teamwork, and clear communication.
• Operational English.
