Team Manager
Location: Primark - Weymouth
Salary: £33,189 with 31 days annual leave and pension
Contract: Full-Time Fixed Term Contract, 5 days out of 7
End Contract: 07-08-2027

What you’ll do
- Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
- Take responsibility for an allocated section or department, including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, visual impact and sales.
- Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
- Organise the team of Retail Assistants and set daily tasks.
- Motivate and coach the team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
- Drive your own development through digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.
What you’ll bring
- Leadership experience and coaching skills, with the ability to influence, engage and challenge a team while keeping the customer at the forefront.
