Responsibilities
As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for a store section or department, including commercial planning, stock management, sales, company standards and procedures, and the visual impact of products.
You will assign daily tasks to Retail Assistants, develop their skills, and maintain their motivation and commitment. When necessary, you will support the checkout area and ensure that customers receive an excellent experience.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to lead teams and build professional relationships.
- Previous retail experience is not required.
- Good communication skills and strong commercial awareness.
- Geographical availability throughout Spain is essential.
- A recently completed university degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing and Market Research, Commerce and Marketing, an MBA or a similar subject is valued.
- Good English proficiency; knowledge of other languages, including sign language, is valued.
