Salary: €47,375

Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7

A people-first culture where you can work with impact. The Team Manager role is at the forefront of Primark’s store operations, with accountability and ownership to shape team development and encourage a fast, efficient and enjoyable customer experience.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Take responsibility for an allocated section or department, including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, visual impact and sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise the team of Retail Assistants and set daily tasks.
• Motivate and coach the team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
• Drive your own development through digital learning and career pathways.
