Team Manager

About the role

As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for a section or department of the store, including commercial planning, stock management, sales, company standards and procedures, and the visual impact of products.

You will assign daily tasks to Retail Assistants, develop their skills, and maintain their motivation and commitment. When necessary, you will support the tills and ensure customers receive an excellent shopping experience.

What we are looking for

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead a team and build professional relationships.
• No previous retail experience is required, but you should be able to support your team to drive sales and customer service.
• Strong communication skills and commercial awareness.
• Geographical availability nationally within Spain.
• Recently completed university studies in Business Administration and Management, Marketing and Market Research, Commerce and Marketing, an MBA, or a similar subject would be valued.
• A good level of English; knowledge of other languages, including sign language, is also valued.
