Team Manager

About the role

As a Team Manager at Primark Woolwich, you will support the daily running of the store, take responsibility for an allocated section or department, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience while optimising sales.

• Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Manage commercial planning, stock management, planograms, visual impact and sales for an allocated section or department.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise Retail Assistants and set daily tasks.
• Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience.
• Develop your career through digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.
