Team Manager

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Take responsibility for an allocated section or department, including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, creating visual impact and sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise your team of Retail Assistants and set daily tasks.
• Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
• Drive your own development through digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.

What you’ll bring

• Leadership experience and coaching skills, with the ability to influence, communicate, engage and challenge your team while keeping the customer at the forefront.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to drive performance through talent development.
• A focus on building strong relationships to enhance employee culture and wellbeing.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to problem-solve.
