Team Manager

Job description

Primark is looking for a Team Manager to support the daily running of its Braehead store in Glasgow. The role offers accountability and ownership, with opportunities to shape team development and deliver a fast, efficient and enjoyable customer experience.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Take responsibility for an allocated section or department, including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, visual impact and sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise the team of Retail Assistants and set daily tasks.
• Motivate and coach the team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
• Drive your own development through digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.

Additional information

This is a full-time, permanent position working five days out of seven. The salary is £33,189, with 31 days of annual leave and a pension.
