Team Manager

Primark is looking for a Team Manager for its Pamplona - La Morea store in Navarre, Spain. You will lead a store section or department, support your team and help deliver an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial planning, stock, sales, company standards and procedures, and product visual impact.
• Assign daily tasks to Retail Assistants, develop their skills and maintain their motivation and commitment.
• Support the checkout area when necessary and ensure customers receive an excellent experience.

What we are looking for

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to lead teams and build professional relationships.
• No previous retail experience is required, but you should be able to support your team in driving sales and customer service.
• Good communication skills and strong commercial awareness.
• National geographical availability.
• A recently completed university degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing and Market Research, Commerce and Marketing, an MBA or a similar subject would be valued.
• Good English skills; other languages, including sign language, are also valued.
