Responsibilities
As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for a section or department of the store. You will manage commercial planning, stock, sales, company standards and procedures, and the visual impact of products.
You will assign daily tasks to Retail Assistants, develop their capabilities, and maintain their motivation and commitment. When necessary, you may support the tills, ensuring that all customers receive an excellent experience.
Primark will provide a tailored development programme and the support needed for you to grow with the company.
Requirements
- Strong customer-service skills and the ability to lead a team and build professional relationships with colleagues.
- Previous retail experience is not required.
- Good communication skills and a broad commercial outlook.
- Geographical availability nationwide is essential.
- Recently completed university studies in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, Commerce or similar are valued.
- Good English skills are important; other languages, including sign language, are also valued.
