Location: Primark Stratford, London - Stratford, Leyton, United Kingdom

Salary: £33,189 with 31 days annual leave and pension

Contract: Fixed Term Contract (13/09/2026-12/09/2027), 5 days out of 7

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Take responsibility for an allocated section or department, including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, visual impact and sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise the team of Retail Assistants and set daily tasks.
• Motivate and coach the team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
• Drive your own development through digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.

What you'll bring

• Leadership experience and coaching skills, with the ability to influence, communicate, engage and challenge the team while keeping the customer at the forefront.
• Commercial awareness and a focus on performance and talent development.
