Salary: £33,189 with 31 days annual leave and pension

Contract: Fixed Term Contract (16/08/2026-16/05/2027)

Primark's Team Manager role is at the forefront of a people-first retail culture, with accountability and ownership to shape team development and encourage a fast, efficient and enjoyable customer experience.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Manage an allocated section or department, including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, visual impact and sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise the team of Retail Assistants and set daily tasks.
• Motivate and coach the team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
• Develop your skills through digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.
