Location: Primark Liffey Valley, Clondalkin, Ireland

Salary: €47,375

Contract: Full-time, fixed purpose (6 months)

About the role

At Primark, the Team Manager role is at the forefront of the store operation. You’ll have accountability and ownership, with the freedom to shape your team’s development and encourage a fast, efficient and enjoyable customer experience.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Take responsibility for an allocated section or department, including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, visual impact and sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise your team of Retail Assistants and set daily tasks.
• Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
• Drive your own development through digital learning and career pathways.
