Responsibilities
As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for a store section or department, including commercial planning, stock management, sales, company standards and procedures, and product visual impact.
You will assign daily tasks to Retail Assistants, develop their skills, and maintain their motivation and commitment. When required, you will support the checkout area and ensure customers receive an excellent experience.

About you
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to lead teams and build professional relationships.
- Previous retail experience is not required.
- Good communication skills and strong commercial awareness.
- Geographical availability across Spain is essential.
- Recently completed university studies in Business Administration and Management, Marketing and Market Research, Commerce and Marketing, an MBA, or a similar subject are desirable.
- Good English skills are important; other languages, including sign language, are valued.
