Responsibilities
As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for a section or department of the store, including commercial planning, stock management, sales, company standards and procedures, and the visual impact of products.
You will also assign daily tasks to Retail Assistants, develop their skills, and maintain their motivation and commitment. When necessary, you will support the checkout area, ensuring that all customers have an excellent experience.
About you
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead teams and build professional relationships.
- Previous retail experience is not required, but you should be able to drive sales and customer service by supporting your team.
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness.
- Geographical availability across Spain is essential.
- Recently completed university studies in Business Administration and Management, Marketing and Market Research, Commerce and Marketing, an MBA, or a similar subject would be valued.
- Good English skills are important; other languages, including sign language, are also valued.
