Team Manager
As a Team Manager at Primark, you will be responsible for a section or department of the store, including commercial planning, stock management, sales, company standards and procedures, and the visual impact of products.
You will assign tasks to Retail Assistants, develop their skills, and maintain their motivation and commitment. When required, you will support the checkout area and help ensure that every customer has an excellent experience.

What we are looking for
This role requires a leader who can build professional relationships with colleagues and provide excellent customer service. Previous retail experience is not required, but you will need strong communication skills, commercial vision, and the ability to support your team in driving sales and customer service.
Geographic availability across Spain is essential. A recently completed university degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing and Market Research, Commerce and Marketing, an MBA, or a similar subject is desirable. A good level of English is important, and additional languages, including sign language, are valued.
