Nike Bicester is looking for a Floor Manager (Coach), full time 40 hours, to join the team and provide world-class service to consumers.

What you bring

As a Coach, you will deliver exceptional consumer service and ensure a premium brand experience. You will coordinate, coach, and motivate employees in your department while maintaining an excellent work atmosphere. You will support daily business management to achieve sales targets, including digital services, visual merchandising, sales-floor activities, and promotional campaigns.

You will identify and solve problems with store leadership, act as a brand ambassador for Nike initiatives, and ensure the store complies with Nike standards and guidelines.

Coaches specialize in one business area while supporting cross-functionally. This vacancy is for a Service Coach.

Commercial

  • Lead a team delivering efficient product receiving, inventory accuracy, and visual presentation standards.
  • Ensure inventories run smoothly so the sales floor is full, presentable, and achieves brand standards.
  • Work alongside department leads overseeing product receiving and visual presentation while owning the overall product journey in store.
  • Take responsibility for monthly initiative launches.
  • Use reporting tools to make effective commercial decisions.
  • Achieve accurate inventory to fulfill digital orders.

Athlete experience

  • Ensure the team is equipped to deliver a high-quality athlete experience.
  • Lead team engagement in Nike Community Ambassador activities.
  • Partner with senior store leadership on hiring and onboarding.
  • Take responsibility for store scheduling.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to implement and maintain a positive Nike culture.

Consumer experience

  • Lead by example in delivering sales-floor service and bringing the consumer journey to life.
  • Ensure the team has brand knowledge covering consumer service and digital service enablers.
  • Complete specific training and share completion with athlete services.
  • Use data and analytics to provide insights and support continuous improvement with senior store leadership.

Qualifications

  • Advanced exposure to retail and people management, with demonstrated ability to lead a shop floor or department and create a unique customer experience.
  • Experience impacting business results and critical metrics, including budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, people leadership, and management.
  • Ability to identify training needs, conduct in-person learning activities, and track cohort progress.
  • Proven ability to use tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling.

Availability

Flexible scheduling and availability to work full-time retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on department and store or company needs.

International relocation support is not provided for this role.
