Your impact
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the store, helping customers find the right gear, apparel, and footwear while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Greet customers and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Act as a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values.
- Collaborate with the team and drive sales through visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries, and general store upkeep.
- Complete applicable training and apply product knowledge on the shop floor.
- Maintain current knowledge of products, promotions, and sport and fitness trends.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a sport or fashion retail environment.
- Passion for sport, fitness, or fashion.
- Motivation by targets and knowledge of store KPIs.
- Effective customer service and sales skills.
- Team-player attitude, resilience, eagerness to learn, and curiosity.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
