Data Infrastructure & Operations: Offer flexible and secure data ingestion, streaming, transformation, analytics and data lake storage paired with self-service compute and ML workspaces so that in-house data teams can spin up services and create pipelines according to their business requirements.

Job description

• Develop and operate production-level solutions on AWS or Azure Cloud with 4–6 years of experience.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform to deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters, including AKS, and Databricks environments.
• Work with Azure Data Factory, Amazon Data Pipeline, Apache Spark and Databricks.
• Use stream and batch processing systems including Kafka, Apache Storm, Spark Streaming, Apache Flink and Kappa architecture.
• Architect storage strategies considering data processing, accessibility, availability and cloud costs.
• Use KStreams applications, KSQL and Processor Libraries for data transformation.
• Integrate data ingestion and distribution using Event Hubs, Kafka topics, ADLS2 and REST APIs.
• Set up and manage Airflow, Druid, open-source Kafka, OpenSearch and Superset.
• Use Python for automation and integration tasks and FastAPI for high-performance APIs.
• Handle managed services, IAM, autoscaling, high availability, elasticity and networking.
• Manage federated access to cloud resources based on organizational roles.
• Use Git, branching and merging strategies, pull requests and command-line functions.
• Apply DevSecOps practices throughout the product lifecycle, including managed Day 2 operations with Datadog.
• Support multitenancy and self-service tooling with shared access controls.
• Manage data catalogs by topic or domain.
• Research and introduce technologies to evolve data platform capabilities.
• Work according to Agile Scrum methodologies.
