Crédit Agricole CIB’s Information System & Risks IT Directorate supports the design, development and maintenance of applications and systems for the bank’s financing and investment activities in an international environment.

Your team

As Support Leader for BMF’s transverse squad, you will report to the IT manager of the Finance Information and Regulatory (IFR) stream within the Finance domain. The squad includes IT resources located in Montrouge, Casablanca and Singapore.

Your missions

You will lead the squad’s operational activities in coordination with the BMF Application Manager, manage production and project support, animate the team, manage the allocated budget and staff plan, and coordinate with the Proxy Product Owner and the other Base Mondiale Finance squads.

• Animate the squad with the Finance Product Owner and ensure its effective operation.
• Facilitate the work of squad resources.
• Manage the squad backlog, including incident and project prioritization.
• Pilot the squad budget and manage sourcing and team skills.
• Maintain effective communication and issue alerts when necessary.
• Apply CA-CIB RISE incident-management standards.
• Manage incidents and user requests.
• Coordinate activity reporting, change management and action plans.
• Coordinate the resolution of critical incidents and major events.
• Maintain support documentation and the knowledge base, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage production-impacting events, including disaster recovery plans, end-of-month activities, system weekends and holiday support arrangements.

Delivery Lead objectives

1. Be responsible for the squad’s IT deliveries and their operational maintenance.
2. Ensure the squad operates effectively while encouraging continuous improvement, cooperation and autonomy.
3. Act as the main contact for other delivery leads, the Product Owner and the Proxy Product Owner, and manage the sprint scope agreed with them and the squad.

Qualifications and experience

A postgraduate degree or equivalent is required, preferably from an engineering school or university with a specialization in information systems. At least three years of experience managing IT resources operationally is required. Experience as an IT business analyst or IT project manager in finance and trading operations accounting, or additional application-support experience, is preferred. Experience managing teams in a product-oriented environment or using Agile project management methods such as Scrum is also valued.

The required experience level is 6–10 years. Operational English is required.

Skills

• Strong listening skills and the ability to develop and motivate colleagues.
• Technical knowledge of distributed software architectures, microservices, event-driven architectures such as Kafka, and cloud-oriented technologies including Kubernetes.
• Ability to work with data, including advanced Excel and SQL skills.
• Agile methods and strong knowledge of finance information systems.
• Knowledge of accounting for banking products, particularly trading operations.
• Leadership, team facilitation and the ability to manage priorities in a demanding environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A solution-oriented mindset, courage, rigor and transparency.
