Supervisor (Maple Grove)

Purpose / Mission

Contributes to store profitability by ensuring KPIs for a defined area within a store are met or exceeded, coordinating team members to provide an optimal balance of service and operations, and supervising and coaching the team.

Accountabilities

• Allocates resources and organizes processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Uses retail KPI knowledge to make commercial decisions and track performance data.
• Models customer service, uses advanced sales techniques, and boosts sales and brand experience.
• Supervises and coordinates the team to ensure customers receive excellent service.
• Coaches team members to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Uses category expertise and product knowledge to drive sales and customer loyalty.
• Guides and trains team members on core and seasonal product knowledge.
• Coordinates visual merchandising, housekeeping, replenishment, and stockroom-to-floor activities.
• Maintains a safe shopping and working environment and ensures compliance with store policies.
• Supervises accurate sales transactions and follows cash protection procedures.
• Implements, monitors, and tracks loss prevention procedures.
• Supports recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of the store team.
• Coaches, motivates, and inspires team members to maximize performance.
• Collaborates and shares best practices to improve store team performance.
• Actively pursues learning and development opportunities.

Professional Background / Experience

• Minimum 12 months of experience in a sports or fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment.
• Advanced selling experience, comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding, and first supervisor experience.
• Intermediate numeracy and literacy and advanced verbal communication skills.
• Preferably apparel, fashion, footwear, or FMCG retail experience.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Filipino.
