Your role

As a Consultant in the Life Sciences team, you will support pharmaceutical industry clients through innovative strategy projects focused on digital and future-proof topics.

  • Work with cross-functional life science client teams to perform requirements engineering.
  • Analyze and re-engineer business processes across the pharma value chain.
  • Collaborate with lab teams to identify data sources and develop data strategies.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare documentation and reports covering findings, recommendations, and implementation plans.

Your profile

  • Advanced degree with an MSc required and PhD preferred in life sciences or chemistry, ideally in a quantitative or computational field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in consulting, pharmaceuticals, or medtech.
  • Familiarity with drug design and synthesis principles and the clinical trial lifecycle.
  • Understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, systems architecture, and data flows.
  • Strong digital literacy, attention to detail, and MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Python or R programming and Tableau or Power BI experience are beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, moderation, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; German or French is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to client sites as needed.
